Australia KGV 1923, 2d Red, Single Watermark, Variety 13L16, Second State, (small white flaw in bottom frame near point of bottom right corner, blurred flaw near inner curve of 2 in Left Value Shield) in Good Used condition with a short bottom left corner. Centered right with a machine cancellation clear of both indicators.
