Australia KGV 1923, 2d Red, Single Watermark, Variety 16L18, Second State, (Compartment line outside left frame opposite wattles, shading flaw in oval above E of POSTAGE) in Good Used condition with a horizontal crease. Centered right with a slogan cancellation passing through but not obscuring the first indicator, and just clear of the second indicator which defines the Second State.
